Group Registration

1. Click the “Download” button. You’ll direct to the Google Sheet Page
2. Click “File” -> “Download” -> choose “Microsoft Excel (.xls)
3. Once the file downloaded, open & fill out the Form
4. Once your Registration file details completed, save the file and close
5. Go back this page, fill out the “Group Registration” field and upload the file that you have already
6. Click “Submit” button
7. You’ll redirect to the Ticket Page, choose the category – fill the quantity of each (make sure you choose each category & quantity same as the Group Registration that you filled out) and click “Add to Cart“
8. You’ll get the notification “IHGMA RUN BALI 2025 – Sulangai” has been added to your cart.“
9. Click “View Cart” for the next step, Click “Proceed to Check Out“
10. Fill the Billing Details (make sure you fill out with the same details like in the Registration Details
11. Choose the “Payment Method” you’d like to do. Click “Place Order“
12. Make the Payment and fill out the details required or follow the payment instructions based on the Payment Method you choose
13. Once the payment succeeds, you’ll be redirected to the Order Confirmation Page and received the notification & Invoice in your email
14. You’ll receive the BIB & merchandise 2 days before the Event at the appointed place (TBA)
